Traditions Restaurant Catering takes pride in providing the same high quality foods, first-class personalized service, and artistic presentation that you would expect to find in our four-star restaurant. Capped off with hours of specialized event planning by Mary Cody, Owner & Chef, the event will be one that your guests will always remember.
Following are the simple steps you can take to start planning your event today:
- Once you have selected the date and location for your event, call Traditions Catering to confirm whether the date is available on our events calendar.
- If the date is available, you will be asked for an estimated number of guests. This will assist us in creating your menu and planning the best service for your event.
- After we set the menu, we will discuss your preferences for special food presentations or displays
- Next, it's time for paper work. To secure your event date, we require a signed contract and a security deposit that's non-refundable if your event is canceled two months prior to the event.
- A final guest count must be submitted two weeks before your event. You may increase but not reduce your final count two days before your event.
- Final payment for private parties is due at the end of your event. For companies and organizations, billing arrangements must be made the day before the event.
